Poor Customer Support

I'm a owner of Bias Mini since 2019. With that purchased I received the license to use Bias Amp2 on my PC and iOS. Last week I encountered some issues with my login. Neither on my iPhone and DAW the Bias Amp 2 software license was recognized. I've got in touch with Positive Grid support on Sept 29th. They said that in 48 hours they will return. Since then I've got in touch via chat 2 more times with Positive Grid support and no one helped me. They said that is a Level 2 support issue and only the upper support team could handle my case. I can't use my Bias Mini with iphone thru Bluetooth and Bias Amp 2 software in my DAW. This is a shame.... I'm really pissed... I've looked into this forum about my problem and some users had the same issue and apperently is a simple reset on my customer account and the problem will be done. But Positive Grid does not want to help me....
