Spark sound cut out

I have had my spark amp for about 5 months now, after 2 months the sound started to cutout.
This happens on bluetooth aux and with my guitar. I have updated the firmware to no avail.
The cutout happens after around 10 minutes of playing then comes back, but will then cut out after a shorter time. This process repeats until it only plays for around 30 seconds before cutting out for a few minutes. PLEASE HELP!!! -
My unit does the same thing. I'll be playing then it cuts out and comes back in about 10 seconds. Then I'll play about ten minutes same thing happens. This goes on and on must be a overload or something. Until it cuts out completely won't be able to look for the problem.

@markrmarks If still under warrantee put in a support ticket for the problem. Thet replaced mine for the same issue.

@nwfungi My Spark just lowers volume for a few seconds then comes back up. I play at low volumes just for myself and find it pretty annoying when my volume drops to near zero for 5 seconds or so then back to normal. It will do it sporadically so it is hard to make a video. It seems to do it every few minutes or so…..
