Hi there,

On Win10 with having Spark Amp ASIO installed, the update hanged even after one hour having the 5 LEDs blinking.
Any troubleshooting ideas?

@david-m-richter Change the USB port you've plugged the Spark into and try again.

@dhbailey thanks, I tried that, even with another laptop - still LEDs are flashing, am at my wits end
