When I am playing back music through amp using spark ap, when I adjust music volume level (with or without headphones), the amp volume decreases and preset light starts blinking. I have to select another preset button, but as soon as small music volume knob is adjusted, same thing happens. Firmware is up to date.
Am I doing something wrong or is amp defective?
      Thanks

@octolimbus The preset light starts to flash as a reminder that by changing one of the knobs you have altered the preset so if you want to save it you need to press and hold that blinking light in order to store your changes. If you don't want to save the changes, don't press and hold that flashing light. Your amp is working the way it was designed.

Aren’t the Music Volume and Amp Output knobs independent of the Preset? My Preset Light on the Spark stays solid when adjusting the Music Volume and Amp Output knobs, and only flashes when I adjust any of the others. This kinda makes sense from a Preset point of view.

@dan-lawrence That's true -- I misunderstood him. The music volume knob for playback either by bluetooth or by cable should have no effect at all on any of the presets. I wonder if he had accidentally nudged one of the other knobs as he went to manipulate the volume knob.
