I installed the ASIO driver; however, when I open the new Firmware zip, plug the amp (it's on) into my PC, and click "Connect Hardware," nothing happens. Does anyone know how I can go about fixing this issue? When I view "Devices and Printers" on my PC, the amp shows up in the "Unspecified" category; in Properties for the device, the listed driver is "C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\amdhub30.sys." I see no option to change the driver to the ASIO driver I installed from ProGrid's website. Frankly, I'm feeling pretty frustrated because ProGrid's support pages provide very little help.

My current firmware version is 1.3.3.94.

I also restarted my PC multiple times; didn't solve anything.

@rockstonicjuice Since what you've tried hasn't worked, and you're getting no help from PG, try installing ASIO4ALL and see if that makes a difference.

@rockstonicjuice are you connected to a usb hub? on your usb hub powered or non powered? If you are, connect dirrectly to your PC using a BACK usb port as the front ones can be flakey on many pc models
