I’ve reset my network connections on iPhone and deleted and repaired Bluetooth. I have the same problem when connecting via Bluetooth from my laptop.
This started happening after the 7/26 f/w update.

One is signal interference. Various electronics, including cordless phones, baby monitors, and microwave ovens, can cause that interference since many household devices operate in the same frequency range. One method to fix this problem is to try changing the channel on your wireless network.

I have the same issue. When playing a backing track over BT to my Spark from my iPhone, it cuts out intermittently. Super annoying and makes this feature pretty much unusable.
How can I downgrade my firmware on my Spark?

Afer the latest upgrade, my BT doesn't work at all on the two devices I use to connect to the Spark 40. I've done the factory reset and forgot and reconnected BT on those devices but nada from the Spark 40 as a BT speaker. The only thing that changed was the FW update. BT should not be this difficult.
