      My spark is not being recognised by 3 different windows pc’s so can’t update the firmware.

      Does anyone know if you can update the firmware from the app?

      Cheers

        not for now.
        if it is not recognized in windows have you tried to do as it says in the troubleshooting?

          @samueleonline Thanks for the reply,

          I have tried all that, I dont think the drivers are being installed correctly as the About box shows an empty grid of "Driver info".

          However I dont know if it should show the drivers even when the amp isn't connected. My BOSS Katana shows up just fine so I know its not the USB port or cable.

          Hopefully the new firmware updater, today? might install the drivers correctly.

              @karsten frustrating.

              I have logged a ticket but the responses from PG are slow. Currently waiting to see if I can find someone with a Mac in order to rule out the ASIO driver install.

              Failing that I want to send it back for repair.

              Let me know if you ever solve it.

                @sgemmelluk I had another go at installing the updates only to have my usb plug fall into the amp itself.
                Perhaps my problem was always hardware, the USB not have been connected properly?

                Did you solve your problem?

                  @karsten I have returned the amp and am waiting on a new one being shipped. We are now past the 2 week window I was told to expect the amp :(

                  Will chase again at the end of the week
