      FAQ

      Q: I don’t have any Positive Grid’s product, thus no ToneCloud ID. Does it mean I’m not allowed to sign up?
      A: If you don’t have an account, please visit https://store.positivegrid.com/ and click “Log In → Sign Up”. The email you signed up at our store / for purchase is your ToneCloud ID.

      Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
      A: Visit https://store.positivegrid.com/ and click “Log In → Forget Password?” Enter the email you have registered with us to reset your password.

      Q: I can’t use my Facebook account to log in, why?
      A: Please use Facebook login only if you use Facebook’s ID as your ToneCloud ID. If you do not wish to link your Facebook account with ToneCloud, please log in with the email for purchase/ToneCloud.

      Q: May I stay anonymous?
      A: Sure, go to setting and uncheck “Show my full name.”
