Harmonics issue, Noise gate pedal causing it.

Hey guys, I've read a thread about a buzz issue related to the Noise gate pedal. I've noticed that it cuts off the harmonics.
I really like high gain metal presets and make the guitar scream but it doesn't seem to be possible by using ANY preset because you have to choose, either you play without noise gate with a lot of buzz noise in the background or you use the Noise Gate so it cuts off all the harmonics, specially the high ones from 1st, 2nd and 3rd strings.
It actually works out when doing harmonics by playing the other strings.
I've tried like hundreds of cloud presets as well as many of my own with multiple different set ups with no luck at all.
Does anyone have any idea why? I have to be honest, I have not updated the spark firmware, not even once. However I've also read that it won't help it anyways, maybe I'm wrong?
My previous mini amp was a High gain Yamaha THR10X which didn't have this problem at all.
Thanks so much in advance for your advices.
Cheers.

@luis-sazwylde The noise gate continues to be the worst aspect of all the amp models and effects in the Spark. I'm not in a position to look at the noise gate in the app, but I know that if you turn one of the knobs all the way up and the other one all the way down it does the least damage to the sound while still reducing the buzz noise in the background. I'm sorry I don't remember which knob should be all the way up or down, but it's a quick experiment to determine which is which.
so many of the tones available in the tonecloud are so poorly programmed they seem to be thrown together and uploaded just because they could be, not for any real musical reason. But don't give up on them all -- if you have one which seems like it might have potential just turn the knobs on the noise gate like I describe above and you might be pleasantly surprised.
