Spark AMP BROKE 3 times ASKING FOR A REFUND

I purchased spark amp , got it broke in an hour Static with loud humm no input from guitar. contacted them PG knows about the problem and said they would need to send amp back for repair and it should never happen again stated by there Representative. but the whole time it takes forever for response, I finally get RMA ticket so i send back takes 10 days i get it back had it for about a week and i turn it on one day same problem happens again, So same process i return it and PG customer service is slow 56k slow.. and they told me that the problem is fixed and wont happen again and guess what a week later it happens again. so a total of three amps i got from them all broken with same Issue Positive grid knows about it i have the emails of them stating what the issue is about. and the whole time they were lying they didn't repair nothing all they where doing was sending me different amps cause they all had different serial numbers. I believe they are doing it on purpose because of a bad review i gave them 3 times for the same problem that's just insane. and its not a ground issue or electrical issue i have a three prong PSU and my Friend is a licensed Electrician My power outlets are working perfectly fine.. I'm asking PG just to Send me a Brand new one stop sending me refurbished amps that are bad.
