    Presets imported from cloud or created with amp match does not work

      Hi,

      I have the Elite licence of BIAS AMP 2 desktop software running on Windows 10 (software version 2.2.9.1438 DSP engine 2196 64 bit). All presets done with amp matching or by importing a preset from the cloud does not produce any sound, only some kind of stutter every few seconds or so.

      BTW I also have an amplified Bias Head and I can run those presets running through the head without any issue, but sometimes it would be more convenient to me to use the software app only.

      What can I do to fix this issue ?

            (1) Please check your Lightroom preferences (Top menu bar > Preferences > Presets > Visibility). Official Website If you see the option "Store presets with this catalog" checked, you either need to uncheck it or run the custom install option at the bottom of each installer.
