Since there doesn't seem to be a support to contact, i'll ask it here.

I recently received the Spark 40, great amp I love the sound.
Initially I had a nice clean sound, I fiddled with the settings a bit and it worked perfectly.

However the next day I found I cannot turn off the delay, no matter what I do. Every setting has a decent amount of delay underneat it.
I installed the driver for using the amp on windows, I've tried with the phone app and without anything else turned on and everything unplugged aside from the amp. Everything has delay underneath it, everything.

The clean preset has delay on it, the other presets have delay on it. turning all the dials down has delay on it, etc.

I've tried a factory reset on the amp by pressing tap on start-up to reset the presets, I've reinstalled the drivers, I've desynced the phone app and reinstalled it. I've tried putting all the buttons down to zero and trying them one by one.

There seems to be some overlay baked in that I activated that insisits my amp needs delay on everything and it is very annoying.
Does anyone have any ideas what I did or how I can get a decent clean tone again?

@arnout-montald Did you check the pedal effects chain on the amp to see if your Delay is on?

@jonrdamesr Hey James, first of all thanks for trying to assist!

I've checked it on the app on my phone and it was indeed enabled there. Removing it from the line on the phone app seems to do the trick. I've also manually overwritten the 'clean' preset on the amp.

          So currently: solved

It is surprising to me that even when the amp wasn't in contact with the app on my phone it kept the delay in there, even through the other phone app settings and a hardware reset. I did not think it would give priority to the app, instead I thought the 'primary' was the amp itself.
But that just gives me a good start to tinker with this thing some more!
