      My Spark hums a lot. It goes away if I touch the strings. Sounds like a grounding issue. Instruments don't him with my other amps. Primarily using a clean tone for bass with no distortion or drive. Other forums indicate Power Grid will send a new power supply that fixes the hum.

      I need one of those. My outlet is properly grounded.

        @shanson1 You need to submit a support ticket using the "contact support" link at the top of this page. And while you're waiting for PG support to resolve your issue for about $20 or so you can buy an appropriate grounded replacement computer power supply at Amazon. That way you can be using your Spark hum-free in a couple of days. Does the amp hum when you don't have a guitar connected? If that's the case you might consider investing in a wireless guitar connection.
