I've had my amp for just under three months and have enjoyed its features. After turning it on yesterday, it began to sound like a large transistor radio looking for a frequency. It made this noise with and without my guitar plugged in. The noise amplified with each of the four setting buttons that I pressed. I attempted the reset process, but it did not correct it. I contacted support and included a video clip of the problem. I'll update when I hear back from them. Unfortunately, I don't see an option to upload the clip here for you all to view.

Update #1: The first response I received from support was to update the firmware. That did not fix the issue. I immediately responded to inform them of the result. I haven't heard back from them again, yet. I'm thinking that was the "go-to" response and I may be chalking this up to a $270 loss. Great concept. Not so great technological issue mitigation. I'll stay hopeful, while looking for a more common approach to sound amplification.

Update #2: As suspected, no response. Considering the speed of the initial response, this appears to be a clear sign that the "firmware update" was the only trick in the bag. Lesson learned. The companies that are great at making amps are great for a reason.

Update #3: Wow! Guess I jumped the gun. I just received a response from support that my unit is defective and they are going to replace it. The replacement process should take between 10-14 days.

Same issue here, had mine now for one week, sounds like and old transistor radio. Also get a high pitched squeal from the music volume control knob when turned clockwise. Now i plug my guitars in and get no sound through the amp at all apart from frequency static. Not impressed!!! Support had better pull their finger out!

The speaker cabling can serve as an antenna to pick up radio signals!
