[Update - The login issue and the download page issue have been resolved]
Hi All,
We're having a server issue right now,
Rest assured that we're looking into this and we will fix the issue as soon as possible.Spark app/BIAS software users might not be able to login to ToneCloud for the time being, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

@mike thanks for the update. Is it possible to have an email notification go out to all users that a known issue is present? I have only had my spark for just over a week, so just getting used to the navigation, and spent a few 'non playing guitar' hours trying to troubleshoot why I couldn't get access to my tone cloud account and many failed attempts at resetting passwords, etc. Thanks for your consideration on this.

@daniel-stockinger Have you tried to close the app first then launch the app and login again?

@mike All is good now and back to normal with log in and tone cloud access. Thanks for your prompt reply, and if mass emails to users when known issues are present isnt an option, at least now I am aware of this forum as a place to look for updates and announcements regarding issues. Thanks again.
