Bias Amp 2 software won't load

Anyone else finding the latest software V2-2-11-1472 hangs up during initial load? I got it to install on another machine (W10) which didn't have a previous version on it.
It seems when uninstalling the old version it leaves behind some files which cause the new version to hang. I tried looking in Registry and C:\ but couldn't find anything. I raised a ticket -

@maurice-keegan i'm having the same problem on windows 10 with Bias FX, maybe htis is not right part of forum.. It was working on afternoon. I checked if there was some updates on the site and now even downloads are not displayed in my account page. It must be a site problem.

@senseless80 i contacted the support and they said they're experiencing problems and for what i got , the problem would be solved within 24-48 hours. I hope that it'll be earlier.

@senseless80 Same for Bias FX 2. Cam't activate at the moment. Give it 24-48 hours :-(

Hi , there are a lot of hardware problems related to electronics and people are struggling to find a good solution f=of their problems .
