I have had my Spark for 8 months . Great value and customer service . Looking forward to app updates .

Using the backing track function has proven to be much more fun than I expected . But with most tracks there always something that would be nice to change. So I started looking into other iPad apps that offered backing track like features but allowed the user to quickly program chord progression and adjust mix of individual tracks and play through Bluetooth.

I came across an app called Xmure . It’s free with reasonable priced in app purchases. It has a bit of a learning curve but there are a few tutorials on you tube.

It uses actual recorded instruments not midi. It allows you arrange tracks in any order , change chord progression and export tracks to your DAW as stereo track or 6 separate tracks. There it also allows import of XML music files. It works similar to an arranger key board from Korg, Yamaha etc .

If you have found anything similar I would interested to hear.
