Anyone else receive an email with a courtesy code for free SPARK software BIAS FX Pro?

Only to find out they reneged on the coupon?!?!?! I like many, waited extra time for my Spark to arrive and didn't receive so much as an apology for the delays, seems now if you have a delay they are compensating you for the delay!!! BUT WAIT..... It was a MISTAKE! When I contacted them via CUSTOMER SERVICE I was informed that "someone" sent the email with the redemption code to a number of customers... OOPS, we goofed! To add insult to injury, they didn't even follow up with an email, disclosing the email mistake. I had to contact THEM to discover it. Instead of doing the right thing and honoring their "mistake" they just said, "Too Bad, we ****ed up", deal with it.
Now before someone jumps on me for being PO'ed, Positive Grid has overpromised and underdelivered from the onset of the SPARKS product launch! My order was late, as was dozens of others... The very least they could do is honor what they promised in this email. Now they have left another bitter taste in customer's mouths.
I will be returning my
SPARKand purchasing the Yamaha THR II. I'd rather spend the extra $$$ and deal with a REPUTABLE company that doesn't flip the bird to those that bought their equipment! And the Yamaha THR II even has BLUETOOTH! link text

Of course yes, everybody did. :-)
AND we got another e-mail from PG explaining it:
To All Positive Grid Customers,
It has been brought to our attention that you may have received an email that was mistakenly sent to you (subject line: Spark Shipping Update).
It was due to a minor mishap that resulted in this particular email being sent to all subscribers as opposed to the single customer it was intended for.
We just wanted to assure you that your personal data is safe and there is no cause for alarm. We apologize for any confusion that this may have caused.
Moving forward, we will take extra precautions to ensure that this won’t happen again. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know.
Again, please accept our most sincere apologies.
The Positive Grid Team
PS: We also want to apologize to our dear Emil for his redeem code disappearing so fast (man, you guys act quick!) We assure a new code will be sent to Emil as soon as possible!

Too funny. I saw the email and thought right away it was a scam and deleted it because I had not ordered the Spark. I’m afraid PG has already got all the money they will get from me. 😂
