Registration -> The SN is invalid!

Hi,
the Spark 40 Amp just arrived and i wanted to register on the website, but it dont let me trough the registration process because of invalis SN#
i have typed in the S040.... number.
How can i solve that issue?regards,

My experience with POSITIVE GRID customer service is very very poor. They couldn't care less about their customers after you have spent your money on their products. I hate dealing with companies that don't have the integrity to stand behind their products or screw ups! Good luck, I'm sending mine back!

I got the same problem when receiving my amp few weeks go. I sent a mail to support, who reverted immediately, solving this issue/
