Tone cloud problems

Hi I’m have problems with the “Tone cloud” some of the amp programs (not all) come through as not being a constant sound, like when I play the strings the sound is either not there, as in not coming through the amp or it is broken up in bits of sound, bit like a loose or bad connection, I’ve checked my internet connection and that’s fine, checked all cables and connectors, also used iPhone and iPad and the same happens, strange that the rest of the pre-set amps sounds or fine on problem.

That sounds like a potential hardware issue. Did you update the firmware of the amp? If your amp is running the current firmware, I would open a request with Positive Grid, otherwise update the firmware.

Turn off the noisegate.

@de_cunny Or leave the noisegate on but turn the left knob all the way down and turn the right knob about midway or even higher.

however, he can only do it if he saves them locally, unfortunately, it is not possible to change it when previewing in the cloud -
