I am playing songs from multiple sources - my own music library, Spotify, Amazon music - during the song, the music will kind of drop out/skip, like a CD used to do if it was scratched. I’ve tried disconnecting/reconnecting Bluetooth, powering the unit and my phone off/on, and the same problem occurs. Any help to solve this is appreciated! Tough to jam along to a song when it is skipping around during playback!

@jjleip11 Have you tried moving your gear to a different room? I have noticed that occasionally in my office/studio that some bluetooth devices will occasionally appear to glitch. I have a bluetooth page turner that I use with my iPad and occasionally with no foot-press on the switch (my foot isn't even near it!) the page will turn as if something was interpreted by the iPad as a bluetooth command. There may be something in the space you're currently using that is electronically interfering with the bluetooth signal. I don't know if that's actually the case, but moving both devices to a different room to see if the problem persists is an easy first step. I haven't run into the problem you're describing (luckily) but I can imagine how horrible it is while you're trying to play along!
