Anybody have any idea how this guy found the app screen at 5:17 showing his amp's presets etc? I can find no such screen in my app but would certainly like to. I have a new amp running the most recent firmware and app version.

@thermality you need to connect your app to the amp to access the "Hardware" section

My app is connected to the amp. Hardware settings screen doesn't show squat except serial number and firmware version. Likewise the Settings screen. And the only things my Profile screen shows is backing tracks I've recently played and liked. Nowhere in the app can I find my presets. Thanks for replying though.

@thermality On page 9 of the manual, you will see “E” at the top of the page, this is the current preset name as the app starts up (Rainbow Bridge in the manual). Click that and you will then see a list across the top of the categories (Pop, Blues, Rock, etc). This is the screen you reference in the YouTube video.

Thank you for your response, very helpful. I might suggest that a note in the manual explaining that Saved As New as well as ToneCloud downloads are accessed via the E button would be a good thing. Obviously I didn't make the connection.

Can you also tell me if it's possible to access the amp's four presets in the app?

@thermality Under the Hardware Tab when you click/touch on the name of the current preset. If you are connected it will show up. That is where you can save to if you want to change them.
