It only plays as a Bluetooth speaker. When I connect my guitar, there is no guitar sound from the amp at all. Any help?

If you don't get any kind of noise when plugging in the cable, then I would assume it's dead and contact support for a replacement. Assuming you've played around with the Master and and output volume controls, as those can both mute the sound from the guitar. Gain can also act as sort of a mute. I'd also try resetting the Spark back to factory default in case something strange got stored in the presets or something. But assuming that all checks out, time to contact support via the link at the top of this page.

@samc-december Have you tried multiple cables or different guitars? That would be the first steps to try, then if it still doesn't work as an amplifier, contact customer support through the "Contact Support" link at the top of this page. What a bummer!

I would say that if you plug in your cable and don't hear some sort of static or noise while plugging in, there's an issue. For that matter, I don't even have to plug into that guitar to get some sort of sound. I can just touch the end of the the cable and get all kinds of noise. So if you are not getting that it's another indication of an issue.

@nova227 Now that you say that, it reminds me that when I first got my Spark, I had to put an uncomfortable amount of force on the connector to get it to plug all the way into the amp for some reason. It's not an issue now, but the first few times I plugged into it I was afraid something was going to give way. And I remember reading that somebody on here had an issue with the jack. Not sure if they opened it up and fixed it or what.

Mine froze up once, no sound, no blinking light, etc. Turned it off/on and everything fine. I think it's a software thing.
