I haven't been able to get Linux USB Audio support to work. I know it isn't officially supported, and I'm not complaining, just suggesting! If PG were to talk to the ALSA Project folks about USB support, they might actually be able to provide a good portion of the work involved to get it working.

Also, there are very few audio companies that actually stand by Linux support and guarantee it, so if that's not feasible, we're OK with that! It would be nice if you could work with the ALSA Project folks to see about getting it functional though.

      Thanks!

@bradysharp the spark amp is recognized by Ubuntustudio 20.10 with default settings (tested with a live session on bootable usb key first). It was not working on Ubuntu by default.

As I don't wanted to install specific kernel and drivers for my standard ubuntu, I followed this link to install ubuntustudio without uninstalling my ubuntu (and it works like a charm):
        https://linuxconfig.org/how-to-install-ubuntu-studio-desktop-environment-on-ubuntu-20-04

        Hope this helps,
        Thomas

I am also struggling with this problem, it seems to be inconsistent, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't work
