      Hi!

I would like to completely delete factory presets and preset banks.
Could you please point me how to do that?
I don't use any of them, but they occupy a lot of space in the preset list and i always must scroll down to the user banks which is not quite simple because preset list doesnt work smooth on my pc for some reason.

      Thanks

Hey there, I just figured out a way to do it:

You have to find where the presets are stored. For me on Windows 11, it's at

        C:\Users\nmcla\OneDrive\Documents\PositiveGrid\BIAS_FX2\GlobalPresets

Why it saved to a OneDrive location, I've no idea.... At any rate, in this folder you'll find a JSON file titled "bank". I used Microsoft Visual Studio to open this. I don't know if there are any other programs that will do it. In this file you'll find a list of all the banks and under each bank is a setting called "is_factory". If you turn these from 'false' to 'true', you can now go into Bias FX and delete any bank or preset you don't want! Caution: I deleted the Jimi Hendrix bank which caused the program to crash and then never load again requiring me to reinstall it. I suggest leaving the JH bank..
