Anyone that gets this amp, change your hardware presets immediately. I chose to pick 4 amps with no effects on, as I can then use my physical pedals when I am not using the app.
With regards to the knobs on the amp, I was originally turning all knobs off, except for master up with just enough gain to get sound. After reading a suggestion on forum, I have everything at 12 o’clock except for the delay and mod.
On the amps in the app I am setting volume at max, as in clean I feel it sounds low if I don’t.
I am also dealing with the hum. Spark is sending me a new power.
I would like to know if anyone else has feedback on the knob settings. I do feel they matter, as when all the way down it was different to me even when using the app.

I'm not exactly sure what you means.
if you use the app to set the tones you should only operate the output knob (in addition to the guitar settings)
and music volume if you use the backing tracks.
the other knobs are only needed if you are not using the app and you will have to set them as in the tones in the app.

Turn your knobs all the way down. Use app. Turn them all up and then use app.
Discard output.
