Grounding Spark in the EU

Hey y’all. I’m about to move to Norway.
Question: How do EU players ground their amps? Aren’t most EU plugs two prong?
I’ve had the grounding hum issue with Spark in the US, and fixed it with a grounded power supply, while I wait for a new supply from PG. In the U.K., everything is grounded. But I don’t understand the EU thing.
