Product does not show up in my Download Page

I already sent a request form, but I don't know how long it'd usually take for them to respond, and I haven't heard anything from them yet. So I'm here to see if anyone can give me more "immediate" help.
A few hours ago, I bought a copy of BIAS FX 2 Standard. I got the "Thank you for your purchase" screen, receipt email, and all that, but when I go to my Download Page, there's nothing there; it's empty. I even tried logging into the demo, but nothing happened. I already sent a refund request to see if re-buying it would do anything different, because I feel like I just got scammed into buying a product it won't let me use.
