@afectual I manged to fall for a trick when buying a used one, the guy said he sold his guitar so couldn't test the input, but he showed me the audio works by playing some music over bluetooth and showing me that the app connects. Came home can't get the guitar input working, thought first maybe I'm stupid... After a day of troubleshooting and research I found out that this is a common problem. With no warranty I desperately need to find a fix for this and your post was the best hope so far. Unfortunately it did not do anything, so I am just double checking if I did it right? I stripped a cable on both ends, connected one end to a ground on an power cord and used the other one to touch the pins of that IC you mentioned. As that did not do anything I then touched almost anything on the board with that grounded cable, without any result. Has anyone else managed to resolve this that way or am I am doing somethin wrong?

I unplugged power from Spark am to move it to new location. Ever since there is no sound coming from guitar input. I changed chords....nothing. I did a reset....nothing. I haven't tried loading new Firmware because I did nothing to upset the original firmware. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this? I submitted a ticket a week ago, but no response. Only a BS message saying they are busy with holiday orders and will get back to me when they can.

Today (02-03-2022) after the last Firmware update (on MBP with macOS Monterey) I had a video running when the updater linked and the speaker went off.
Followed the PG help pages for audio and amp hardware reset (including the newest "unplug all wait and plug it back" from PG) to no avail.
Other suggestions were to keep trying the update until it went through.
After the fifth time trying to update, I downloaded a fresh version of the updater, and tried once more making sure that the MBP didn't "take over" the audio, updated the firmware and the amp came back to life.
So far so good.

I had the same issue of no sound at all ever since I purchased it. The problem was solved in an odd way: I reversed the connecting cable...I.e. the one end that should go into guitar is now plugged in Spark. Now it's working fine :)) Maybe it helps.

My SECOND Spark after a warranty replacement for my first pre ordered on. Liked it at first then gradually went back to using regular rig/pedal board but was a good quick practice amp AND Bluetooth speaker but now second one has NO SPEAKER OUTPUT again I guess they need to look at the amp section and beef it up. Now just a headphone amp as others have reported and not worth any money to fix with shipping and waiting AND not knowing how long it will last this time. Great idea, not so much execution. Have asked them to repair/replace for free again waiting to see if not then no more Spark or Bias products for me.

@victorpop2004 I have started to see the same problems with my Spark amp. I, too, reversed the cable and it started working again. Fishy.

After 2 1/2 years of great use, my Spark had the same problem (no sound from guitar input -- the aux and bluetooth still worked). I contacted Support and received quick, polite replies via email (every step of this process). They requested that I provide order and S/N info, of course; then, do a hardware reset and firmware upgrade; then upload a video demonstrating the issue. Bit of a hassle and no fix. Because my warranty had long expired, I agreed to pay $60 (plus shipping to them) in exchange for a "B-stock" replacement (shipped to me free). The whole process took about six weeks. The replacement arrived this week. It looks mint, works perfectly. During this process, I was worried as I waited for almost a month a tracking number, i.e. an actual amp shipment. But sure enough, like my original, all good things are worth waiting for, and PG was true to their word, and delivered on their promise. When all was done, I can say that I am really satisfied with this service.
