Jam tracks not playing through Spark amp
-
I have just received my Spark amp and am enjoying getting to grips with it. Two idiot questions! 1. How do I get the backing tracks to play through the amp? They are only playing through the tiny speakers in my tablet. 2. How do I cancel the various effects I have selected and revert to a “clean” signal? There's probably a simple solution but I haven't found it yet!

Check the Bluetooth settings on your tablet;
Make sure you have paired Spark 40 Audio, as well as Spark 40 BLE. -

1 - you should set the amplifier, as well as bt receiver, also as an audio transmitter in the Tablet settings
2 - reselect a clean preset -
Make sure you have the little knob on the back right side of the amp turned on rotate to the right

I had the same problem, twice. Once because I also had both phone and tablet connected by BT. Only connect one at a time. Second, if you connect a computer via USB it will disable BT playback. So need to disconnect USB if want to play music from tablet through Spark speakers.

This one helped me! Even though I wasn't using my phone, it was connected when I tried connecting my new iPad.

Most bluetooth devices will show up on other IOS devices even if they are already connected to something else. This is the hidden problem on the Spark. It won't even show up as being detected. It could be connected to anything else. I had to turn off my phone Bluetooth in order to get it to connect to my iPad.
If you're having trouble finding our connecting to the Spark tone control (BTE) and/or audio (Spark 40 audio), make sure it is not connected to another device.
