      I'm getting the same noise that others have mentioned: that shrill, high-pitched, smoke-detector-style noise that -- at least as far as I've been able to tell -- can be shut off only by powering down the amp. It happens after changing the settings a few times. I've submitted a note to customer support.

        Have you checked to make sure the latest firmware is installed on your spark?
