Can’t get honest feedback from customer service

I received my spark amp a little over a month ago, after 2 weeks it stopped working? It only has a humming noise coming out? I reached out to spark after doing all the troubleshooting tips and they said they would ship me out a new one within 2 weeks. Well that was about 20 days ago now. I have emailed them a few times to find out status and today they basically tell me the same thing , it will take about 2 weeks? I would be happy to share the emails... They need to know what customer service is... If you won’t stand by your product then just issue me a refund..
