Anyone know how to sort this issue when trying to connect to the amp?
No response from support for two days so far and the only advice on the website is to contact them.

as a first test, make sure that there are no other Bluetooth devices turned on that may have occupied the connection with the amplifier
is it a first connection or has it already been connected before?

@samueleonline I've run into this a few of times -- all but one of those times I've just kept tapping the "Connect" button until it finally connected. For one of those times I turned the amp off and then back on and it connected fine. Are you on Android or iOS?
-
@samueleonline It has been working fine up to a couple of days ago - really like most things about it but now it has become just a normal practice amp!
-
@dhbailey iOS only. I was trying to find an Android device somewhere to try it. I’ve been through turning off Bluetooth etc on other devices - the ipad can see it as an audio device but can’t connect for the app functionality.
-
Still got this if anyone else has any ideas - still not heard anything from Customer Service either.

@will-pike
if it's a problem that came out of the blue the first thing that comes to mind is to clear the cache from the app
if it still does not connect try to delete the app data, but doing so may lose the saved presets
or even install it again
if the audio via bluetooth is heard it seems more a problem with the app rather than with the Spark connection..
