anyone else have thier order number stop working?

Hi - I had the same problem today as well so it seems like a website bug.
However, good news, a few hours after this I got my shipment notification via email, so I don't think you need to get too worried.

yeah im the same just logged in to see order status and doesnt recognise my order number

i hope it just the servers and not my order yesterday it said my order would be shipped by the 3rd ,but now i am having the same problem .

Yeah...getting the same response from the order tracking page. Was working yesterday and the days before...but now it says “The data is invalid. Please try again.”
Hopefully just an API error with the query. I requested an update through the support portal. Now I’m terrified thinking they’ll reply with, “We’re sorry, your order is no longer valid, and the Spark special is no longer available.” I’ll be patient and hopefully hear back from customer service soon.
Good luck everyone who’s still waiting for their Spark...from what I hear, it will be worth it. -
