Server Error?

Anyone else having this issue. Just updated the firmware.

Yup they must be having a major server meltdown today. Chord Analysis not working in the app. I dont have my amp yet, and even the order tracking page is down!

There was a bug in the order tracking page earlier today as well.
I just got a shipment notification though, so no need to worry on that end. Hopefully they will resolve their website issues soon. -
same issue......backing tracks wont load.......everything these days is internet based.....things go down.....hopefully up soon though...i want to play.

I don't think it's anything to do with the firmware upgrade - I'm still on the original firmware (until I can source a computer that is capable of running the installer app!) and I've just got the exact same problem.
I wish there was a way of having at least some of the backing tracks accessible off-line. Would see us through these times? -
So annoying received my amp yesterday and worked fine then tonight I get the server error. Positive Grid someone should have posted a response to this outage by now please so others don’t waste time trying to resolve the issue.

Yep. Same problem. Rebooted iPad. Re downloaded the app. Still no saving favorites, not displaying recent songs. Nothing played in Spark app has chord analysis.
Also - still missing my travel bag. No order number given. @Positive-Grid @positivegrid

Still showing all recently played songs and jam tracks as unavailable and the Tracking page is actually broken as opposed to just the normal grossly inaccurate and inadequate. Had to adjust my practice and use the built in blues track. Didn't realize the coolest features of the amp/app were forever dependent on PG. That is a whole new level of disappointment.

I had this same issued last night. I'm not that quick to rush to judgement. I'll give them time to get the system stable. I've only had my amp for a couple of weeks.
