Bias amp2 return, but Im not getting any response from PositiveGrid!

Hey,
do you guys know any way to contact PositiveGrid? They are pretty much ignoring me , I already send a message twice (by using "Contact Support) that I want to return the bias amp 2 software. Its been more than 10 days now. If I dont return it in 30days I wont get my refund.
And yes, I put in the right E-mail, the right Order Number ,the reason why and a screenshot of the receipt just like they want you to if you´re returning the Software.

After being approved for a refund and receiving a refund receipt quoting 10 business days max for fund credit return.
It's been more than 30 days and zero funds have been credited back to my account.
Not only that, I've sent multiple emails to the support department with not even one response!!
Heed the warning all. Good product, but deplorable customer service.
It feels like I've been personally robbed by Positive Grid and have no recourse due to the Co-vid circumstances we are all going through.

Same thing happend to me, I send multiple emails and no response etc. but I personally dont like the product so I dont only feel scammed and robbed, Ive been scammed and robbed.
