Editing amps from Bias FX 2 in Bias Amp 2
-
Maybe I am missing something and someone can point me in the right direction.
I've created a certain tone I like in Bias FX 2. The ultimate endgoal here is to take this tone on the road.
I also have a Bias Mini Guitar Amp, so the obvious thing to do would be to load up the amp via Bias Amp.
But I can't seem to edit the amp from Bias Fx into Bias Amp. I thought this was possible?
I know the other way is certainly possible: creating an amp in Bias Amp and using it in Bias FX. I'm trying to go the other way. Also, why are there differences between the plugin and standalone version of Bias Amp 2?
For example: the customization of the amp's look isn't present in the standalone version.
On the other hand, the plugin version doesn't detect my Bias Guitar Amp Mini while the standalone version does.
Not a huge problem, it just seems weird to me. -

When using the plugin version, its your host DAW that determines what devices the plugins can use. If you're not seeing your Bias Guitar Amp Mini, its an issue with the DAW you're using.

@myxolydian Apparently, the customisation isn't possible when the Bias Mini is connected. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me, but hey, no big deal.
Well I'm using Reaper and I can not figure out where I would enable the VST to allow acces to USB devices. Anyone with Reaper experience know this?
