      Ordered my amp on April 2nd. I'd check tracker every now and then for the hell of it. A few weeks ago it said processing, then it reverted back to just saying "ordered."

      Then, with no updates on the tracker, no emails from PG, no emails or tracking notifications from Fedex... amp shows up on my doorstep with no warning at all on Fri the 31st.

        @mogumbo Congratulations on receiving your amp. One can hope that as their shipping is finally catching up, especially on older orders, and PG is starting to get the Spark into retail outlets, that they can straighten out their office situation and put better procedures in place for more accurate reporting of shipping status. But at least you've gotten your amp -- I hope you like it! I love mine!

          Like you, I ordered in April. After weeks of hand wringing, I had put it to the back of my mind, honestly figuring that PG wouldn't fill these orders before the end of 2020. I recently received a ray of hope in the form of tracking info from FedEx; now it appears that due to PG using the cheapest option to ship their products, USPS has screwed up the handoff between FedEx and them ("SmartPost" indeed). So my package has been bouncing around Sacramento, California for over a week now, going back and forth between various facilities. FedEx has reverted from a hard delivery date of yesterday to "unknown".
          Congrats on getting your amp. I'm feeling pissed and vindictive enough to just reject the package whenever it gets to me and getting an auto refund through Verified by Visa just to screw over PG...

            And then they will sell it at the higher retail price having used you money as an interest free loan. Just hold on and make them fulfill the order which when you do finally recieve will enjoy the heck out of.

              @stinger0625 good point! I was feeling so agitated last night I bypassed my Ibanez Spanish (I've been learning classical finger style lately) in favor of my Les Paul cranked to 11 with the dirtiest overdrive I could find. Now I feel better.

                  Ordered mine 8th August, tracker says ships September 5th, turned up unannounced today, sounds great so far. I was expecting drama with the order but all good.

                    @p66aes It's good to know they've finally improved their shipping process! I just hope that all those from months ago who have been waiting a long time have gotten their amps, too!

                    Enjoy the amp -- it's a lot of fun and the potential is vast!
