Editing Amp Appearance

So this seems strange to me.
If I login to Tonecloud and connect a Bias Amp 2 head to the PC it recognises I'm at Professional level.
While logged in and connected, you can't change the appearance of your custom tweaked amp eg knobs,tolex,grille etc.
So you have to disconnect to access this feature.
But when you try to load the amp to adjust cosmetics, it now says you have to be Professional or Elite to access the amp.
Why?
Because you are logged out of Tonecloud and it doesn't know your license tier.
Also, the Quick snap panel only appears when you aren't connected.
So how can you compare sounds 'on the run' as you make adjustments because the knobs no longer work???Am I missing something here?
