Behringer FCB1010 & Bias Head

Does anyone have any experience with setting up a FCB1010 with a Bias head? I bought one used recently and can’t figure out where to start. There doesn’t seem to be any native programming software for the FCB1010, so I assume all the programming is handled through the Bias Amp software?

I’ve never used the FCB1010, but the manual discusses programming:
Also, the Bias Head/Rack allows you to assign one of the 25 presets to a specific midi program change command.
So your options are:
If you can figure out how to assign (for example) program change button 1 on the FCB1010 to send midi program change 4 to select “Clean 5” preset on the amp, that would be one way. This means you aren’t changing the amps presets default midi PC change numbers, you are programming the footswitch.
The other way, is to change the PC number assignments in the Bias Head per the link above, so that per the above example, you assign “Clean 5” in the amp to PC change 0. This way you aren’t programming the footswitch but are programming the amp.
I use the Peak FCB4N2 and the Decibel 11 Switch Dr, and program their footswitches to go to whichever of the 25 presets in the amp I want that switch to select. They each have 4 switches per bank and with the many banks I can do a lot of programming options/combinations of the 25 amp presets to match up to all the different tones I need for the cover band I’m in.
