    Bias FX cannot access tones

      So I purchased some extension packs and AMP weeks ago - and spend a considerable amount of time tweaking my tones. Yesterday I open the application and each custom tone pops up the notification that this tone includes some expansion pack I do not own. So far I tried to go to the settings are restore purchases - did not make a difference. Going to the store I'm notified that FX customer cannot buy expansions anymore, they should switch to FX2. Installed FX2, which is not transferring my tones from FX and not recognizing the expansion pack I paid.

      Tried to contact the support, and got nothing in return. I have to record some parts and my tones are unusable - this is completely unacceptable. If we cannot rely on this system to work reliably, then we should to back to physical pedalboard.
