having some trouble

I plugged in my spark amp most of the night to charge it and this AM I took it off charge and loaded up the blue tooth and the apps. Problem it dosent work when I turn it on, no lights. If I plug it back into a socket and turn it on all the lights come on. What am I doing wrong Please help. or give me a phone number to call spark directly.
