      Re: Hi. On July 16 you sent me an email indicating that my Spark amp was in the hands of the local distributor (mrw etc ...) and that it would be sent before July 31. Last week I sent you two emails and you haven't answered me. Now in the track order area it indicates: Aug 12 - Aug 20. I do not agree with these errors on your part. Since I paid for the product on February 18. I am disappointed and angry with you. The normal thing would be to send it to me as soon as possible since it is your mistake.If my order is not shipped this week I will not be able to give a good opinion of you..

        Hi. I don't understand how it can be that I bought the amplifier in mid-February and there are people who bought it in May and they already have it?
        Where is that respect to the order time of which you have spoken so much? Why don't you answer the messages? I am disappointed with you and your service. regards

          @domdv71 There are even people who ordered it in July who have already received it! Total failure of proper shipping protocols!

            @dhbailey Yes, it is a shame that they treat us like this. I placed the order in mid-February while there are other people who paid for it in July and already have it. and they don't even deign to answer

              @domdv71 I did finally receive a shipping notification with tracking number and have verified that UPS actually has the package. Expected delivery this coming Tuesday. I hope you have received similarly good news!

                @dhbailey Congrats, my unit will arrive Tuesday also... Plan on buying my wife a new Ipad so I can use her old Ipad as a dedicated tablet (her battery is dying).

                @domdv71 Any updates Pulling for you, I order my in Feb also. I had to contact customer service to get ship out. I think it was lost somewhere in the warehouse.
