  • After 3-4 months of waiting, I finally received my Spark Amp. Unfortunately, I received a defective product. I have been working on Positive Grid's support to have RMA for the exchange. Unfortunately, my experience with the company's support has been VERY BAD. No phone line to call. Everything is by email. For the latest communications, I have sent a few emails but no response. VERY FRUSTRATING. Can someone please help to look into this RMA request ASAP? Thank you
