I updated from version 2.1.9.4900 to the latest release and tried to save my presets by backing up the folder that is in My Documents titled "Bias" and also the folder titled "BIAS_FX" and pasting them back after the install was done. Mind you I uninstalled the old version before intalling the new one. I put the old folders back in their place, but the App still doesn't read them. Is there a new folder location that it's reading? I have no idea. Please Help

In Windows, the path is C:\Users\ your username\Documents\PositiveGrid\BIAS_FX2\GlobalPresets .

Thanks for this post! I have hesitated to do the update because I wanted to make sure I don't lose my settings. Is this the best way to do it? Copy that folder and past it back in after the update? Thank you! :-)

@sarah-0 I've never lost any presets through updating. You can certainly copy that folder though, if you want to be extra safe.
