Plugin and standalone not working after purchase.



  • Plugin and standalone not working after purchasing software. The demo was working but after I bought the standard version the plugin will not load all the way and the same happens to the stand alone.

    When uninstalling I get an error. "failed to deactivate license on this machine". completes but does not help when I reinstall.



  • I got it going... the instructions for GUI not appearing almost worked but they have one wrong instruction.. the folder is not BIAS under documents it is Positive Grid. delete that then start the standalone or plugin.



  • Yup, they changed that bit of the directory listing. I imagine everything going forward will be in that folder, then it's own sub-folder.
