Edit; updated with the How to here:
      http://pipelineaudio.net/2018/02/07/wireless-battery-powered-behringer-fcb-1010/6/

Day 1, and realizing that even with the power of SWS and REAPER, MIDI is still tricky and painful.

I wasn't able to get auto engage working but I did get a pretty good setup using SWS extensions' snapshot (not sure that SWS Live Configs is where I need to go, the snapshots seem good

Drilled a footswitch in under one of the expression pedals and tied it to switch ten

Spent hours trying to force the FCB 1010 into CC only mode

But some success with Bias FX at least!

ABout to stress test a cheap, old HP craptop and see how feasible this is on cheeeeep gear!

Still spending a ton of time to come up with a not impossible scenario to get this working, trying to do a decent template that anyone can use after this, and I tell you, this is a no fun deal....

And by that I mean I'm still struggling with the software....pain...SWS Live Configs actually murders for this, as long as you just want a pedal board of preset loaders...I'm trying to make a more complex yet simple setup with toggles for different fx and stuff, which is requiring writing some custom scripts, a lot of questions on facebook and various forums and general pain. I promise I'll have something sensible sooner or later, but hopefully you guys can help

What do you usually want to see?

          1. ten pedals picking ten different presets (with zero switching time between them)?

          2. 5 presets and five sets of stomp boxes you can toggle on and off?

          3. Some other sort of configuration? Please specify

Most likely blew the entire power supply tonight, won't know till tomorrow when I can buy some more fuses

On the plus side, I have tested and confirmed that we can now use IK Multimedia iRig Blueboards in Windows!

                I would like to see:

2 pedals for switching between banks

4 pedals for recalling certain patches

4 pedals for toggle on/off some pedals or functions like: tap tempo, tuner, delay, booster

Yeah, I'm working on the suggested setup you suggested, and was just seeing if you'd be able to test it on your end once I'm done...

                        I'm making a few versions:

                        1. 8 patches, 1 tuner/mute/places tuner on the screen, closes tuner window and unmutes on any other pedal press (including expressions, 1 tap tempo (working out how to bring the BPM up on a window and somehow allow manual entry of it as well), plus bank select up/ down, two expression pedals

                        2. 4 patches bottom row, 4 stomps top row, plus 1 tuner mute, tap tempo, bank select up/down, two expression pedals

                        3. 4 patches top row, 4 stomps bottom row, plus 1 tuner mute, tap tempo, bank select up/down, two expression pedals

                          @pipelineaudio

                          Sounds cool!

Can you also implement secondary functions on buttons like "double press" or "long press"? That would be very interesting..

Got tap tempo working, trying to figure out a way to display the BPM in a big window while you're doing it
