Spark Effects List

The Knowledge Base gives a list of the amps and effects. The Amps List gives the amps they are modeled after, but the Effects List does not indicate what they are modeled after or any description of them beyond the name. Does anyone know if a more descriptive list exists? If not, maybe we could create one here. Obviously, "Tube Drive" is a Tube Screamer. "EchoTape" is probably an Echoplex. Some of the others are easy to figure out too, but not all. A more evolved list from PG would be nice.
