    Just seemed a little sketchy to have this request in a google doc vs captured within the positivegrid website.

  • @mfshunt are you sure the request came from PG? You should contact PG support through the "contact support" link at the top of this page and ask for help from them. It could be that some malware spoofed the address to fool you into giving away personal information.

    Just following up. Did not fill out the form (since my original order contained everything the form was asking for) Spark arrived this week.



  • @mfshunt Lucky! I'm happy you received your amp! I just got a reply from customer support at PG that is now telling me that my amp won't ship until late August or early September, and asking me to be patient and bragging (yet again!) about how they are shipping orders "in the highest priority." I would think lower order numbers would be higher priority than higher order numbers (within the same country/region) yet that is definitely not the case.



  • Got the same message. Ordered Feb #151xxx. Had an email a month ago about Street Address instead of PO Box that I answered. Still waiting.
