This is ridiculous. My order status stated to expect “local distribution” between July 23 and August.”
This morning it’s been changed to “received order” status like others are mentioning.
You have serious supply chain issues, horrible marketing process, and at the moment non-existent customer service.
Quit placating, get your process corrected, and take care of your customers.
The “we didn’t anticipate” line doesn’t work after 6 month.
